Sheetbreak
Sheetbreak splits a construction plan set PDF into one PDF per sheet, named from each sheet's title block. Drop in the set: it reads every sheet number and title (text first, on-device text recognition for scans), shows them in a table you can check and edit, then saves the sheets with names like A-101 - FIRST FLOOR PLAN.pdf, plus a sheet index. The set is never uploaded and the original is never changed.
Free to use without a key: every feature, exporting the first 25 sheets of a set; reading and reviewing have no limit.

Requirements
macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Apple silicon and Intel. Works with PDFs from any CAD program or platform. It copies what the title blocks say and doesn't check plans against any code or rule. Current version: 1.0.
Privacy
Your plan sets never leave your Mac. Sheetbreak opens only the files you choose and saves only where you choose, and text recognition runs on your Mac. The only network requests are the license check with Gumroad and checking for updates.
